About Me
Hello! I’m Prue – a certified Reiki Master waiting to help women like you find your peace and restore your calm. Ground & Nurture has been born out of a deep desire to provide a warm and nourishing space for women to rest, relax and rebalance their energies.
During our sessions, I assist in transporting you to a profound state of relaxation through the modalities of meditation, Reiki and sound bathing. In this state, your mind, body and spirit will have the chance to return to centre, restore your beautiful light from within and promote inner healing.
I am currently available to provide these wonderfully restorative experiences for you on Tuesday evenings, Thursdays and Fridays at my home space or Wednesdays at Maia Mothers Collective during school terms.
